After Wedding Shoot for Melissa Pepin Photography

In the spring we shot a promo video for our friend Melissa Pepin of Melissa Pepin Photography.  This video follows the photographer during an after-wedding shoot.  After-wedding shoots are very similar to engagement shoots, except the bride and groom wear their bridal couture and can recreate or add anything they didn't get the first time around.  Since the anxiety of the wedding day is long past, the bride and groom have time to relax and just have fun with each other.  Thanks to Andrea and Hal for letting us follow them during this session.

Katherine & Nick - Taylor Grady House

Katherine and Nick got married in September 2011 on the front steps of the Taylor Grady House in Athens, Georgia. There was a large, very beautiful, floral arch over the front door that framed the bride and groom during the ceremony. The reception took place in the back of the house. Guests mingled and danced in the moonlight. Katherine and Nick were pelted with rose petals as they ran to their limo. Here is their highlights video.

Zach & Kasie's Higlights - Tucker Plantation

Kasie and Zach got married in August 2011 at Tucker Plantation in Colbert, Georgia. The wedding and reception had a very rustic, southern feel. The guests even got to take home mini jars of peach preserves. Everyone danced the night away to entertainment provided by David Osborne from Sound Insight. We were happy to capture the memories from this beautiful day! Here is their highlights video.

2012 Video Specials

We're keeping some of the same specials that we had going on this year. Remember, we also offer photo booth services that you can bundle with your video coverage. Please call or email with any questions!

Economy Option: 3 hours of video coverage beginning when the ceremony starts, 2 cameras covering the ceremony, 1 camera covering the rest of the time, wireless mic on the groom during the ceremony to capture vows, editing, and 2 dvd copies with chapters. When working with a planner or organized bride, we can usually come up with a timeline for the reception that includes video coverage of the entrance, the dances, and the cake cutting (and sometimes more). This option is $950.

Ceremony Only - 2 cameras: Full coverage of the ceremony with 2 cameras, wireless mic on the groom to capture vows, editing, and 2 dvd copies. This coverage is $600.

All of these options are only available in the Athens area. Additional time cannot be added to any of these offerings. However, they can all be upgraded to blu-ray/hd for an additional fee. Meet our newest videographer Quinn!

I just wanted to make a quick post to welcome our newest little filmmaker Quinn! He was born on April 1st, 2011. He's not great with the camera yet, but he'll learn soon enough.

LauraLee & Jeff's Highlights ~ Athens, Ga Botanical Gardens

LauraLee and Jeff got married on a beautiful fall day in October. The leaves were all changing colors and the sun was shining. Jason Thrasher captured photos of the event. The ceremony took place at the Day Chapel at the Botanical Gardens in Athens, Georgia. The reception was held at the Botanical Gardens Conservatory. The children donned Halloween costumes and trick-or-treated from table to table after dinner. The guests danced the night away and didn't want the party to end!
